Cathy conducts an in-depth interview with you using her finely honed skills and training in the Targeted Selection Recruitment Process. Her purpose is to obtain information about you to demonstrate your abilities and suitability for the job. The interview can be conducted in person, by telephone or via e-mail.

Within days, you will receive a draft résumé and other requested documents such as cover letter and reference page.

You review these and get back to Cathy with any revisions.

Changes, additions and deletions are made until you are 100 percent satisfied.

Cathy will be happy to give you your file in whatever form you would like. For instance, copies of the final documents can be laser printed onto high-quality bond paper. Your documents can be copied on a disk or CD for your future use and updating. All documents are prepared in a Word format.
